What is Think Up?
Think UP is a positive expression designed to inspire.
THINK UP was conceived during multiple moments of feelings/emotions pertaining or relating to the following: frustration, disappointment, sadness, anger, rejection, grief, exasperation, pessimism, depression, hopelessness, resentment, dishearten, irritation, melancholy, fear, anxiety, isolation, upset, discouragement, shame, anguish, despondent, and aggravation. These feelings can affect our MOOD.
Life is filled with ups and downs, twist and turns, curves, challenges, uncertainties, setbacks, and difficulties. As humans we experience a variety of feelings and emotions that can trigger negative adverse behavior if we don’t find positive healthy coping mechanisms to deal with how we are feeling.
Why THINK UP?
It’s a catalyst for HOPE, SUNSHINE, UPLIFTMENT, ENLIGHTENMENT, OPTIMISM, and ENCOURAGEMENT, to overcome feelings/emotions that could potentially cause harm to SELF or OTHERS.
